After breakfast at the hotel and getting ready for a full-day tour of the city, the morning itinerary includes an exterior visit to the Hagia Sophia, one of the most identifiable sites in Istanbul and a beautiful architectural wonder, followed by a visit to the Topkapi Palace (closed on Tuesdays), which is not a single structure but an organic monumental complex made up of various kiosks, gardens, and areas spread out in the historic center at the entrance to the Golden Horn, and then continuing to The Blue Mosque, admired for its six tall minarets, terraces, and domes; after lunch at a local restaurant, the afternoon features a visit to the Roman Hippodrome, the ancient site of chariot races and circuses for over a thousand years. It ends the day with free time at the covered Grand Bazaar.(closed on Sundays and religious holidays) before returning to the hotel.

After breakfast, you will start your day visiting the historic 17th-century Egyptian Bazaar (Spice Bazaar) in the Eminönü neighborhood. Next, you'll board a public boat for a Bosphorus cruise, enjoying spectacular panoramic views of palaces and fortresses like Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, and Rumeli Fortress. The tour then proceeds to explore the historic Fener and Balat neighborhoods, perfect for wandering romantic cobblestone streets, seeing themed cafés, and photographing the famous colorful houses, an area well-known as a filming location for Turkish TV series. This includes an exterior visit to the magnificent cast-iron Bulgarian Orthodox Church of St. Stephen and a view of the Church of the Orthodox Patriarchate. The day ends at the famous Pierre Loti Café, a legendary spot with stunning views of the Golden Horn, before transferring back to your hotel.
