9-Day Romantic Egyptian Journey with Nubia Wedding Zaffa Celebration

Your journey begins as your tour manager meets and assists you at Cairo International Airport upon arrival. After handling arrival procedures, you'll be whisked away in a comfortable air-conditioned deluxe vehicle directly to your hotel. Once checked in, your manager will review your itinerary with you and confirm all essential pick-up times for the exciting days ahead.

After a delicious and hearty breakfast, your personal guide will lead you to the historic Giza Plateau. Prepare to marvel at the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and visit the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Following your tour, you'll enjoy an authentic Egyptian lunch before heading to the New Grand Egyptian Museum, also known as the Giza Museum. This newest landmark, just two kilometres from the Giza Pyramids, is one of the world’s largest and most advanced archaeological museums. It houses over 100,000 artefacts spanning 5,000 years, including the complete Tutankhamun collection, displayed together for the first time, and combines modern design, interactive exhibits, and stunning views of the Giza Plateau. Later, you'll be transferred to the Giza train station to board the sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served right in your compartment.

Upon arrival at the Aswan train station, a representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Soon after, a modern, air-conditioned coach will pick you up for a small-group tour to the magnificent Abu Simbel temples. The 3.5-hour drive leads you to these unique masterpieces of ancient Egypt, reflecting the glory and grandeur of the New Kingdom. You'll explore the Temple of Ramesses II, dedicated to four universal gods (including Ramsses II himself), and the Temple of Queen Nefertari (Temple of Hathor). These temples symbolically unite the royal couple with the sun god. Afterward, you will be escorted back to your hotel in Aswan.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel. Our representative will then accompany you on a scenic felucca ride to a traditional Nubian Village. Here, you'll discover the charm and simplicity of Nubian life and meet its warm, welcoming people. Your arrival is marked by a traditional Nubian Zaffa celebration, complete with vibrant music that perfectly captures the spirit of the culture. After this memorable experience, you'll be transferred back to Aswan.

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, followed by a transfer to board your Nile Cruise Ship (Dahabiya). After enjoying lunch on board, you’ll head out for a visit to the beautiful Philae Temple. Dinner will be served on board as the ship begins sailing at 5:00 PM toward Herdiab Island for the overnight mooring.

Enjoy breakfast on board as the ship sails toward Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, you will visit the unique Kom Ombo Temple, famously divided and shared by the gods Sobek (the crocodile god) and Haroeris (Horus the Elder). Following your visit, the ship resumes sailing toward Edfu for the overnight stay.

Enjoy an early breakfast on board while sailing toward Edfu. Upon arrival, you’ll visit the magnificent Edfu Temple. The ship then sails toward Esna, where you’ll enjoy lunch while crossing the Esna Lock. The ship continues to Luxor overnight.

After breakfast on board, you will disembark the ship. You'll be transferred for visits to the renowned Valley of the Kings and the colossal Karnak Temple. Afterward, you will be transferred to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you'll be met, assisted, and escorted to your hotel located near Cairo Airport for the overnight stay.
