The valley is home to the White Thai people, as well as Dzao and H'mong communities, who continue to preserve their long-standing traditions and way of life.

Visit a secluded White Thai village where local customs remain an important part of everyday life. Stroll through vibrant rice paddies and corn fields, meet local farmers, and gain insight into their daily routines and cultural practices. Enjoy a leisurely hike through the beautiful countryside, taking in the peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural scenery along the way.

This morning, start your journey with a relaxed bike ride along a scenic village path that winds through stunning views of mountains and rice paddies, leading to a hidden hamlet. Take in the breathtaking landscapes of the region before continuing your journey toward Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Travel through a mountain pass offering spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding valley, and arrive at your lodge. After check-in, take some time to unwind and explore your charming retreat, surrounded by peaceful nature and magnificent scenery.

Villages of Uoi and Lan; 4 km hike plus 40 minutes of cycling; around 3 hours.

Continue to the beautiful valley in front of the retreat for a leisurely walk beside a waterfall flowing through rice terraces. Follow tree-lined trails until you reach the base of the mountain, where the charming village of Uoi awaits. Stop briefly at a local home for a short rest before descending to explore the area further by bicycle through the picturesque village of Lan. As you go deeper into the region, pass by additional nearby villages and terraced rice fields. If time permits (not guaranteed), there may also be an opportunity to visit a local home and witness a traditional brocade weaving demonstration.

Enjoy captivating trekking trails covering around 4 kilometers of easy walking in approximately 3 hours. Begin your morning by taking in the crisp air and listening to birds singing as the sun rises over the landscape. Descend into the picturesque valley where you can stroll through cascading rice paddies and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Continue your Vietnam nature tour as you reach the base of a large mountain and nearby settlement, following winding forest paths that lead deeper into the valley. Along the way, pass through villages and open spaces, farms and rural roads, rivers and lakes, as well as mountains and plains, each offering unique scenic views. Take in the beautiful surroundings as you arrive at a charming area where you may engage with locals through various cultural exchanges.

After lunch, begin your return journey to Hanoi, arriving in the city toward the end of the day, marking the conclusion of this memorable experience.

Upon arrival, step aboard the boat and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as your journey begins.

Relax on deck while cruising past scenic stone islands, floating fishing villages, and secluded beaches, all while enjoying a delicious seafood lunch. In the afternoon, visit a floating fishing village where you will meet local residents and learn about their daily lifestyle and traditions. Later, you may choose to swim or simply unwind on the sundeck while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.

Depending on your itinerary, you may also have the chance to visit magnificent limestone caves either this morning or the previous day.

After checking out of your cabin and freshening up on board, continue cruising near the harbor while enjoying a delicious brunch before disembarking around midday. Following this, our vehicle will transfer you back to Hanoi, marking the end of your journey.
